• Approved change-of-mind exchanges are issued as store credit, less a 2% restocking fee calculated on the exchanged product’s purchase price.

This change-of-mind policy does not limit rights or remedies available under applicable law for defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed products. Contact us if you receive such an item; any applicable statutory remedy is not restricted to store credit or subject to the change-of-mind restocking fee.

You may request cancellation within 3 hours of placing your order by contacting our support team with your order number. We will confirm the cancellation and provide any applicable refund details.

We aim to provide accurate product images and descriptions. Colour appearance may vary between screens, and minor variations may occur in handmade finishes. These variations do not remove your rights if a product is defective or materially different from its description.

If you receive a product that does not match your order or its description, please contact support with the order details and photographs so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy.
